Care reminders by email

Your email address, first name and the date of your last appointment are kept so we can occasionally send you a care reminder for your set.

Legal basis: legitimate interest, under the exception for existing customers contacted about services similar to those already provided.

Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also write to [email protected] to be removed from the list.

This data is kept until you ask for its deletion.

Retention

Booking data: 3 years from your last appointment.

Contact messages: 1 year.

Léa conversations: not stored by us.
